The VN-Index edged up three tenths of a percent on Friday, advancing to a 13-week high. In addition, the index posted its fifth consecutive positive week as it increased 2.5% on the week. VNM (+1.2%) advanced for its third straight session and was the leading contributor to the day’s gain. HPG (+1.7%) snapped a three-session losing streak.
