The VN-Index rose for an eighth day in nine to a one-month high on Wednesday, closing the day up eight tenths of a percent. VCB (+3.2%) was the top contributor to the day’s gain as most banks rose, including CTG (+2.0%) and MBB (+1.0%). SAB (+3.3%) reached its highest level since early January after a 13% surge so far this month.
