On Thursday, the VN-Index finished higher as it gained a tenth of a percent. Trading turnover on HOSE remained high as it reached USD269.3mn. GVR (+3.8%) was the top contributor to the day’s gain. The rubber manufacturer’s share price has increased in eight out of the last nine sessions. PLX (+2.7%) has soared 14.7% since August 18. FPT (+3.0%) climbed to a near eight-month high while MWG (+1.8%) hit an 11-week high.
