Short-lived rally on low inflation numbers – Inflation numbers for Long An province came in at negative 0.43%, Dong Nai province registered a flat 0.09% and Hanoi eased to negative 0.03%. We’re still waiting for Ho Chi Minh’s CPI number but it’s definitely looking like the country’s CPI is on track to fall below 0.1% as we expected.
