Technical comment. Narrower Bollinger Bands tell us major positive movements may be expected out of the indices. However, for the week’s opening sessions, we still doubt breaks above strong resistances of 390 and 52.5 for the VNI and HNI are possible, particularly for the main index, which is still in its consolidation phase. Investors should not get overly excited and should consider reducing allocations to penny stocks and wait for clearer breakout signals.
