Our view: Stock ended higher on Tuesday trading session after stalling on the gasoline price hike. At the end of the afternoon session, support from heavy-weight VNM and MBB, the VNI gained 0.77% to close at 429.5, right at resistance. The HNI touched 70.3 after gaining 0.51%. Confidence appear to be returning. Liquidity improved nearly 15% to VND837 billion on both bourses, excluding VND338 billion of MBB transaction although focus appear to be on blue-chip tickers.
