Our view: The Wednesday after-hours resignations of key people in the boards of ACB and EIB were the key talking points in Thursday’s session. The reaction we saw was relatively subdued, in part because the market was already in on the news a couple days ago. Both the VNI and HNI dipped from the opening bell, again dragged down by banking stocks (ACB down 3.2%, EIB down 3.6%, STB down 3.4%).
