Markets rebound – The indices rebounded strong after last Friday’s correction with the VNIndex up 1.24% and the HNXIndex up 2.53%. Market breadth widened with 228 advancers on the HSX and 256 advancers on the HNX. Liquidity was weaker on the HSX with volumes down 26.5% and down 12.7% on the HNX. We did however see strong demand on the buy side with 68.5 mn unmatched bids on the HSX and 14.1 unmatched bids on the HNX.
