Market wrap: Financials lead stocks to two-and-a-half-month high. The VN-Index rose to its highest level since mid-June on Monday, closing up half a percent. The index has jumped 8.8% since July 11. CTG (+4.2%) was the top contributor to the day’s gain, extending a 33% surge in less than two months. Fellow financials VCB (+1.8%), BID (+1.8%), MBB (+1.7%) and BVH (+3.2%) were also among the biggest contributors.
