STB’s AGM – held on June 30, 2017 – briefly discussed 2016 performance and 2017 guidance, answered shareholder questions and announced a new CEO, Chairman and three Board Members. Q1 2017 total assets grew 12.4%, reaching VND344.4 trillion (USD15.3 billion) while PBT jumped 55.5% to VND309.5 billion (USD13.8 million). Gross customer loan in Q1 2017 was VND204 trillion (USD9.1 billion; +8.3% Y-o-Y) and customer depost was VND303 trillion (USD13.5 billion; +10.5% Y-o-Y).
