PVS’s 9M 2018 revenue increased by 4.4% thanks to strong revenue growth by the Mechanics & Construction (M&C) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) segments stemming from the Sao Vang – Dai Nguyet project, which offset deterioration in other segments.
