We marginally increase our target price on PVS and maintain a BUY rating based on the following: Oil price weakness hurt demand for seismic surveys: The Seismic survey & Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) segment performance in 4Q15 was disappointing and incurred a loss as there were no jobs in the last quarter of 2015 due to many exploration activities being put on hold in light of the continued oil price weakness.
