NLG posted 2018 results with net revenue of VND3.6tn (USD153mn, +12% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND761bn (USD33mn, +42% YoY), underpinned by higher deliveries of pre-sold units and strong performance of outsourcing/leasing services. These results slightly trailed our full-year forecast mainly due to lower-than-expected scheduled deliveries in Q4 2018.
