NLG posted positive overall results as net revenue skyrocketed 111% YoY to VND539bn (USD22mn) and NPAT-MI jump 50% YoY to VND32bn (USD1.4mn), mainly driven by solid deliveries of pre-sold units at its Fuji Residence, Kikyo Residence and Ehomes Phu Huu developments, which carry higher margins.
