Ice cream sales advanced 15% YoY in 9M 2017 but yogurt weighed on top line growth. KDF’s revenue climbed by 7.5% YoY to VND1.23 trillion (USD54 million) in 9M 2017. Besides ice cream, food sales (Vietnamese buns, frozen French fries) also grew off a low base as KDF expanded their distribution. However, the top line was dragged down by a reduction in yogurt sales.
