We raise our target price for HT1 by 9% and maintain our BUY recommendation to reflect our positive view on HT1’s prospects for strong sales growth due to the continued strength of the property market and infrastructure projects, HT1’s strong brand name and low execution risk, as well as its low valuation relative to its peers.
