We attended HT1’s AGM on April 22. We maintain our BUY recommendation as the low current valuation does not reflect our positive view on HT1’s prospects for strong sales growth due to continued strength of the property market and infrastructure projects and HT1’s strong brand name. FY16 target aims for strong sales growth and expanded market share.
