The long-awaited decision on a refreshed Board of Management was today decided. The plan was to vote for 11 members on the Board of Management and 5 members on the Supervisory Board. The term for both boards is 5 years. However, there were only 9 candidates today on proposal list for the Board of Management, in which 1 person was the representative from SBV and 1 person from Vietcombank (VCB).
