The spotlight’s on Duc Long Gia Lai Group (DLG) following a partnership to supply raw milk to Vinamilk. Our interest piqued, we find that DLG is small firm with “conglomerate-size” ambitions, leading to a mishmash of 40 businesses ranging from agri-plantations, mining, infrastructure, bus stations, real estate, and now, raising cattle for meat and milk. Coming from the same region, it’s easy to make comparisons to Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAG).
