Revenue declined 41.1% yoy to VND708.5bn, and net profit suffered a VND13.1bn loss compared to a profit of VND56.6bn a year earlier. This was because of “sales returns” of VND489.9bn from a real estate’s project. They had booked VND991bn of sales earlier in the year, but did not actually sell the entire project.
