We attended ACV’s AGM on May 4, 2018, in Ho Chi Minh City. Shareholders approved a FY2017 cash dividend of VND900 per share, with the payment timeline subject to the BOD’s discretion, and a FY2018 cash dividend of VND900 per share, without a specific payment timeline. Shareholders also approved a bonus and welfare fund allocation of 10% of 2017 NPAT.
