Foreign investors must ensure the volume registered to purchase does not exceed the volume allowed foreign investors to hold announced by the HNX at registration time to participate in the competitive offering. In the registration time to participate in competitive offering, the foreign investors meet all the conditions to participate, however at the time of transferring ownership of winning shares at Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), the number of foreign investors’ winning and paid shares is more than the volume of HEJ shares allowed to hold by foreign investors, the foreign investors will not be able to purchase sahres and SCIC will receive all return shares and refund the entire deposit and the amount paid by the winning foreign investors.
