1. Program name: BUY VPBankS IPO SHARES – WIN TRULY PRO REWARDS 

2. Promotional Goods and Services: Products and services provided by Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company (“Vietcap”), including transactions involving shares of VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company (“VPBankS”) during its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

3. Promotion Period: From October 10, 2025, to 4:00 PM, October 31, 2025.

4. Promotion Scope (Territory): Nationwide.

5. Promotion Form: Gifts will be given to customers who meet the eligibility conditions of the program.

6. Eligible Participants (Beneficiaries):

  • All individual customers of Vietcap who are Vietnamese citizens, possess a valid ID card or citizen identification card, and have successfully purchased VPBankS shares via Vietcap during the IPO (“Customers”).
  • The following individuals are not eligible to participate: Vietcap advisors, employees, collaborators, and customers who close their Vietcap accounts during the promotion period.

8. Prize awarding time, Location & procedure:

  • Times: 
  • Within a maximum of 45 working days from the end of the promotion period, Vietcap will organize the prize-awarding event at the designated locations. After this period, Vietcap will not accept any further requests for prize claims or exchanges and reserves the right to refuse to award any unclaimed prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.

  • For customers residing in other provinces/cities:
    Prizes will be presented at a location within the customer’s place of residence, as agreed upon between Vietcap and the winner.
  • Prize Awarding Procedures/ Methods:
  • The list of customers who meet the eligibility criteria specified in Section 6 and satisfy the prize conditions outlined in Section 7 will be announced within 15 working days from the final date of the evaluation period.
  • Within 15 working days from the date of the announcement, Vietcap will notify and directly contact the winning customers to confirm their acceptance of the prize and complete any necessary verification procedures (if applicable). Within the following 15 working days, Vietcap will proceed to deliver the prizes to the winners.

10. Other regulations

  • Vietcap shall not be held responsible in cases where the customer’s provided phone number, address, or personal information is incorrect, unreachable, or results in failure to deliver the prize.
  • The organization of this promotion program ensures fairness, transparency, and objectivity.
  • Customers commit that all information provided to the program is accurate and lawful.
  • Customers must fully comply with Vietcap’s terms and conditions during participation. Any act of fraud will lead to disqualification and cancellation of results.
  • In case of disputes related to this promotion, Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company will directly resolve them. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled according to the current laws of Vietnam.
  • Vietcap will, on behalf of the winners, declare and pay all personal income tax arising from prizes valued at VND 2,000,000 or more, in accordance with current tax laws. Customers will receive the full value of the prize as announced, and the tax paid on their behalf will be counted as part of the program’s expenses.
  • By accepting the prize, customers agree to allow Vietcap to use their image, materials, and related information for advertising and promotional purposes in mass media without any additional compensation. Customers agree not to raise any complaints or claims regarding such use.
  • By participating in this program, customers are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions listed above. In case of disputes, the decision under Vietnamese law shall be final.
  • All decisions made by Vietcap regarding the program, including those related to prize results, may be adjusted at Vietcap’s sole discretion, after completing all necessary procedures as required by law.
  • Vietcap reserves the right to amend the rules, duration, and exceptions of the program, provided that no additional costs arise, and will publicly notify customers of such changes by any method Vietcap deems appropriate.
  • Any matters not specified in these Rules will be governed by the current regulations and policies of Vietcap and the applicable laws of Vietnam.
