4. Steps for auction participation

Step 1	Investors are requested to transfer the deposit to the designated account
Step 2	After completion, investors inform Vietcap by sending email to: customerservice@vietcap.com.vn Email content should include: image of successful deposit transaction, full name, account number, number of registered shares.
Step 3	Investor fill Auction registration form then send a hard copy to Vietcap
Step 4	Upon receipt of the registration form, Vietcap will provide the green bid form for the investors to complete the bidding volume and price.
Step 5	Before sending the green bid form to Vietcap, investor must have it sealed and signed across the flap of the envelope.
Step 6	If the customer wins the auction, Vietcap will send the announcements by email.
