Within 10 days from AMY’s receipt of the SSC’s official letter confirming receipt of AMY’s public offering dossier and after AMY has completed the procedures for releasing the proceeds from the public offering from the escrow account, thereby ensuring that the escrow account has been released and AMY has received the proceeds to refund the investors. 

 Instructions for registering to purchase AMY shares

Step 1: Investors register to purchase AMY shares according to the provided form

Step 2: Investors deposit into the escrow account an amount equal to 10% of the subscription value
 (equivalent to 10% × number of shares subscribed × offering price).
